Jenna's Ship, Anchor and All

Last month in Brooklyn, I was enjoying some amazing beer at Other Half Brewing, when I spotted a woman with a really cool tattoo on the back of her leg:

Jenna explained that she was looking to get a tattoo and was researching on the web and googled the expression "A ship is safe in harbor, but that's not what ships are built for." One of the top image hits was this:

The rest, as they say, is history. She took the design to a shop in Washington D.C., and sailed away with the tattoo on her leg.

It's a cool concept and a great tattoo!

Thanks to Jenna for sharing her ship with us here on Tattoosday!
