Her name was Noemi and she was visiting from Rome. Her male companion translated but she was a bit tentative talking about the tattoo, her friend said she was embarrassed, but surely she wasn't comfortable with the language barrier.

Not sure as to why, but I really like this ice cream cone tattoo that this person got. The artist has some very clean lines and the color is very vibrant as well. This is a tattoo that this person should be very proud of having with how good it looks.
